Your New CompanyArchitectural Technologists required for a high performing practice in Dublin City. They have a wide project range from public sector projects in health, education and residential sectors while also working on private sector projects in the commercial and tourism sectors. This practice has a culture of excellence, high performance and has a great work environment to cultivate that.Your New RoleAs an Architectural Technologist you can be expected to be working on a varied workload, preparing tender documentation with a strong understanding of Irish Building regulations. You should have a good understanding of how to attend site meetings, when to flag issues and conduct surveys throughout the life-cycle of the project. You will be using mainly Revit on all projects so you should be proficient and have previous project experience using this software.Job RequirementsYou should be degree qualified in Architectural Technology with 5 years postgraduate experience. Project experience that would be most advantageous includes healthcare, education, Residential (large) and office fitouts. You should be proficient using Revit and be comfortable using this program.
