Working Hours: Full Time Monday – Friday
Contract: 6 months
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join their team at a Primary Care Centre in Limerick. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services in a community-based setting, supporting clients to achieve their optimal level of health and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions for a diverse caseload, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and chronic condition management.
- Develop individualized care plans and implement evidence-based treatment programs.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to clients.
- Support health promotion initiatives and community-based rehabilitation programs.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff and students as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in service development activities.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Physiotherapy and CORU registration.
- A minimum of three years of post-qualification experience, with expertise in managing a broad range of adult conditions.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in a primary care or community setting.
- Advanced training in areas such as musculoskeletal or neurological rehabilitation.
- A keen interest in health promotion and preventative care.
