ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery on partner projects

● You collaborate effectively with our partners' key stakeholders to assess their talent requirements and facilitate a successful hiring process.

● You're proactive in taking ownership in weekly delivery syncs, ensuring challenges are escalated and dealt with appropriately with suggested solutions to mitigate risk in a timely manner.

● You will work closely together with the partner internal talent acquisition teams and their recruitment coordinators to understand specific partner processes and provide a seamless candidate experience from attraction to on-boarding.

● You collaborate and share knowledge and best practices with other Elemigos and our Partners' internal Talent Acquisition teams.

● You use your expertise to recommend and drive improvements to scale our overall recruiting practice; for example, you will run recruitment workshops for hiring managers and interviewers.

● You consistently work to and meet/exceed agreed targets, taking ownership of your contribution to the overall success of the team.

● You are a brand ambassador to the partner and to Elements. You use the partner's tone of voice when engaging with candidates and represent Elements in all communication with stakeholders.

● You are effective at collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, building and maintaining long term relationships with hiring managers and key decision makers throughout the business.

● You adapt your communication style to work with stakeholders at different levels. You are able to challenge, identify process improvements and provide innovative solutions to problems.

● You meet hiring deadlines agreed with the Talent Manager and Partner.

● You receive positive feedback from all stakeholders you interact with.

Data management

● You understand the value of data, and are able to extract and present relevant data from different sources to consult with your partner, communicating your sourcing strategy and approach, making adaptations and recommendations where necessary.

● You maintain accurate data points at all times and produce a range of relevant reports as requested to support effective client communications and commercial decision making.

● You take ownership of presenting and validating your own data reporting to the end partner and your Talent Manager.

● You are able to draw insights from and present data to assess the performance and quality of hiring pipelines.

Embedding talent acquisition

● You deliver the end to end hiring process for hires at all levels, including running effective briefing sessions with managers, applicant screening, compiling of strong long and shortlist for hiring managers, candidate briefings and arranging interviews and feedback sessions to support the successful closing of open positions with high calibre hires.

● You identify and reach out to high calibre, passive candidates, and maintain relevant candidates pools - engaging them on our partner's behalf through a multiple of channels, ensuring the client's brand is conveyed accurately at all times.

● You ensure best in class candidate management in the form of regular communication on the progress of their applications, interview briefings and providing sensitive and detailed feedback.

● You are able to source passive talent through a variety of channels and using diverse sourcing tools and techniques.

● You ensure full compliance of the hiring process with GDPR guidelines or local equivalent data regulation as needed.

● You are able to evaluate candidate fit through interviewing techniques and domain expertise, and maintain a high conversion rate for submitted candidates.

  • Strong ability to consult with stakeholders, influence outcomes, and guide strategic hiring decisions
  • Experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams, promoting both individual and team development
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics to inform hiring strategies
  • Solid track record hiring across Tech Domains
  • Must be able to start immediately
  • Must be based in Dublin
  • Open to hybrid working
  • Open to a fixed-term contract (6 months)
