Job Description:

Clarity is recruiting aSupport Pharmacistfor an independent family run pharmacy based in Carlow Town.

What you need to know:
This is apermanent, full-time positionwhich will commence in May.There are no Sundays, no Bank Holidays and no late nights past 6pm.There is anexcellent support team,including double cover, 3 technicians and OTC staff,to help cater to a steady flow of customers. MPSis the dispensing system used. There is a great package on offer for the right pharmacist.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide a safe and efficient dispensing service in accordance with the pharmacy guidelines
  • Ensure safe and effective delivery of medicines
  • Engage actively with customers to encourage customer loyalty and confidence
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels in the Pharmacy ensuring the correct storage and monitoring of dated products
  • Any other duties as required
What we're looking for:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be customer focused and capable of building a good rapport with customers
  • Have a keen interest in retail pharmacy
  • Have a positive can-do attitude
  • Have an ability to prioritise and a high attention to detail
What we require:
  • Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
