We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic Legal and Business Affairs team in the audiovisual sector. This position involves managing a significant portion of contracting for various projects.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Legal and Business Affairs and play a key role in ensuring the legal and business aspects of projects are effectively managed and delivered.
This is a 12 month temporary contract and a hybrid model of 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. The office is based in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the contracting process for a variety of audiovisual production funding awards.
- Work closely with the Head of Legal and Business Affairs and Project Managers to manage project schedules, queries, and complexities.
- Monitor deliveries and track weekly payments across all projects.
- Support effective legal and business workflows and processes.
- Provide key assistance with strategic initiatives.
- Experience with audiovisual financing and legal frameworks.
- Strong ability to manage large volumes of communication and documentation.
- Experience drafting legal and commercial documents with varying complexities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Commercial experience is an advantage.
