Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Hybrid working model: (2 days in office – Tuesday and Thursday)

Type: Perm

We are looking for a talented Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role is ideal for a qualified accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a similar role. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial insight and strategic support to key business units, driving performance and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align financial planning with business strategy.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with two days in the office.
