Corporate Pensions & Life Benefits Market Lead

Brightwater Executive is delighted to partner with a leading insurance provider for their Corporate Pensions & Group Life Benefits Market Lead, based in Dublin. Overseeing a highly skilled team of Corporate B2B Regional Sales teams, you will be instrumental in further building market share presence through their innovative and marketing leading investment and protection products.

The organisation is a leading financial services provider with a strong presence in Ireland and a global reach across over 200 countries and territories.

About the Position

Based in Dublin, this is "Controlled Function (CF)" senior-level position and will suit a commercially astute, strategic leader with a deep understanding of corporate pensions and group risk products.

Playing a pivotal role in expanding the organisation's market share by leading a team of B2B, Corporate Regional Sales Teams and promoting key solutions including group pension, group life and income protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Head of Corporate Life & Pensions Distribution & Client Relationship Management Teams.
  • Lead a highly skilled and experience commercial B2B Sales Team across multiple regions.
  • Develop and nurture new client relations and key corporate accounts and promote a broad suite of products including Master Trust, group life, PHI, and retail product solutions.
  • Represent the company in a strategic capacity with stakeholders and partners

Experience/Requirements

  • Solid experience of 15 years + of working with corporate clients in pensions and/or group risk sectors
  • Demonstrable strategic leadership and commercial acumen skills and track record.
  • Expertise in complex, strategic sales processes
  • Adept in influencing cross functional stakeholder with strong resilience capabilities
  • Third-level degree and relevant industry qualifications (eg. LIA, CFA etc..)
