We are looking for a talented and adaptable Middleweight Graphic Designer - POS A MUST to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a design role, preferably within a design, marketing, or advertising agency. They must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, quickly turn around designs, and maintain a high attention to detail. This role is heavily print-focused, with some digital design work required. You will be responsible for conceptualising and executing campaigns, designing new display units and instore theatre, and creating realistic renders. Additionally, you will be expected to attend site visits, liaise with clients, and contribute creative ideas for installations in spaces such as events and window displays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts for campaigns and in-store POS materials.
  • Design and produce high-quality print materials, including brochures, packaging, signage, and display units.
  • Create realistic and accurate renders of design concepts for client presentations.
  • Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project objectives.
  • Attend site visits and client meetings to discuss and develop design solutions.
  • Provide creative input for event installations and window displays.
  • Ensure all artwork is print-ready and meets production specifications

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a design agency or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing print and POS design work.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience in creating realistic renders.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop engaging design concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas to clients.
  • Comfortable attending site visits and working collaboratively with clients.
  • Experience with web graphics is a plus but not essential.
