My client within the FMCG Sector has a requirement for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager with strong FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Business Partnering experience. Please only apply if you are coming from Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply Chain — experience in one of these industries is a must.

This role is office-based, 4 days a week, and located in D1.

About Your New Job
  • Participate in commercial discussions across all aspects of the business from a finance perspective
  • Support evaluation, modelling, return calculation, and decision-making on all CAPEX and marketing/digital investments
  • Support pricing, markdown, and sell-through management on goods for resale to maximize gross margins
  • Support negotiation, monitoring, and collection of trade and commercial terms
  • Manage the finance team to ensure it is structured, resourced, motivated, organized, and developed to ensure timely reporting
  • Focus the finance team on value-added activities and business partnering to support other brand teams
  • Manage treasury and cash flow
  • Lead the annual budget cycle
  • Build and maintain strong internal financial controls and compliance systems
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs
  • Define company-wide metrics and data sources; develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
  • Oversee analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze customer data
  • Establish the best reporting system for website and e-commerce analytics
  • Set and monitor KPIs
What Skills You Need
  • Qualified Chartered or ACCA accountant with a minimum of 7 years PQE
  • Experience in Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply Chain — coming from one of these industries is essential
  • Experience working with multiple sites within group companies
  • Proven ability in designing, building, and using dashboards and KPIs to analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth
