Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in hunting and acquisition within a start-up environment.
  • Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Ability to move fast, be bold, and grow in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
  • Strategic thinking about complex issues and developing recommendations and action plans, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals within EMEA.
  • Build and manage a pipeline by proactively identifying high-potential businesses and collaborating with marketing teams.
  • Establish relationships via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, designing effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve online marketing and business goals using Google's marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search, Display Network).
