We are hiring a Compliance & Safety Administrator for a leading Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
Permanent, full-time, 39 Hours per week Responsibilities
- Respond to enquiries and address issues about the Act's implementation or during Mental Health Tribunals, within the parameters of the position.
- Organise and assist with every Mental Health Tribunal.
- Keep an eye on how the hospital's audit schedule is being followed, and help with the completion of audits and the findings and recommendations that come from them.
- Communicate with clinical and non-clinical departments to help manage quality improvement programs and make sure that lessons learnt and changes are implemented on time.
- Support and help line managers and department leaders with the upkeep of risk registers and assessments.
- Keep in-patient units' medical records up to date, clean, and complete with all pertinent information.
- Participate in committees and groups as needed, making sure to be on time.
- Perform other such duties appropriate to the office as may from time to time be required under the direction of the Head of Quality, Risk, Compliance & Patient Administration.
- A minimum of two years of satisfactory experience in a relevant clinical or healthcare environment doing the main tasks and responsibilities listed.
- In addition to having a high degree of appropriateness, candidates must have the necessary knowledge and skills to do the job effectively.
- Experience in mental health.
- Third-level qualification in a health-related field that is pertinent.
