We are seeking an International Assignment Associate to join our Graebel team in a fast-paced environment in Dundalk. The International Assignment Associate assists with the administrative components of international relocations. This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring attendance in the office two days per week.
Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to International Assignment Consultants on the delivery of services; processes allowances, payments and expenses; sends and monitors service orders, closes files in system upon completion of services and assists with reporting.
Verifies services provided to transferee and expenses submitted are in compliance with the Client's policy. Escalates any exceptions to the attention of the Consultant.
Maintain data quality by keeping files and system updated with accurate tracking and reporting.
Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.
Required Skills
Experience in the mobility industry strongly preferred
Degree in Business or related field
Cultural Awareness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer Facing/Relationship Building experience
Enthusiastic, flexible, creative and assertive
Good research, organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Strong team player that thrives in a team environment, adaptable and pro-active with a ‘can do' attitude
Strong Influencing and negotiation skills
Candidates need to be eligible to legally work in Ireland.
