As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of a healthcare product team; focused on developing and implementing methods to improve data generation, usage and reliability. You will be a key team member, focused on liaising with business counterparts to provide business/data analysis assistance to define requirements and develop prototype solutions before engaging with tech teams to build out strategic solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and analyse diverse and complex data
• Implement analytic activities to support decision-making across multiple lines of business
• Design and deliver complex reports and analysis through self-service reporting tool – Power BI
• Implement process improvement initiatives and automation for efficiency where appropriate
• Be responsible for the delivery of results and the support of business strategies derived from data insights
• Participate in all phases of a project life cycle including database design, process flow, benchmark and trend analysis, and modelling
• Produce analytical outputs, executive summaries and descriptive analytics reports for Senior Leadership
• Collaborate with different lines of business and business functions, to understand their analytic needs, act as consultant to propose business solutions, and communicate results of analytics
• Utilizing SQL to create net new solutions, modify existing content and distribute the data to users and other systems
• Provide recommendations to the development team regarding query optimization

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Business/Data Analysis and Data Engineering
• Experience in Data Warehousing, Data Modelling & Reporting and working on cloud
• Data manipulation and data transformation skills and proficiency in at least SQL or Python
• Proficient in research, interpreting, and analyzing diverse and complex data, and assessing Data Quality
• Experience in deploying large scale analytical solutions or working in a large multinational company
• Experience in data ETL and blending tools
• Proficiency with Excel & visualization tools
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building data pipelines on Azure or similar, following best practices in Cloud deployments
• Understanding of system hardening, and threat and vulnerability management
• Data migration projects / Dev-ops / Data-Dev-Ops
• Query Optimization
• Proven track record in delivering technology driven solutions through full project life cycle.
