Our client is a well-established Cost & Project Management Consultancy recognised as one of Ireland's leading project management practices.

The Role

Our client seeks a skilled Associate Director-level Project Manager to supervise, manage, control and deliver complex projects to client satisfaction. You will lead the definition of project scope and objectives, create and coordinate a comprehensive project schedule, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. This is a client-facing role with significant client management responsibility. You will ensure projects meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

Requirements
  • Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience
  • Track-record in leading teams in client-facing roles
  • Previous experience in Close-out of project and associated Documentation
  • Experience in coordinating development budgets for Client approval
  • Exposure to Irish Contract Admin
  • Must be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the role
