In the Recruiter role, you will be responsible, along with your peers, for building and growing our GTM & Tech team in EMEA The right candidate will be the ground floor owner and builder recruiting across all functions, & reporting to the Senior Director, Recruiting EMEA.

AREAS OF FOCUS

  • Align key talent initiatives and resources with Okta's core business objectives
  • Strategic Account Management to partner with leaders, managers & interviewers to ensure that the right talent is hired at the right time
  • Partnership & Influence with all stakeholders to drive exceptional hiring experiences with quality outcomes
  • Operational Excellence in our hiring process
  • Seen as a Brand Ambassador and steward of talent for Okta

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years in a in-house recruiting role with experience recruiting across multiple disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience driving internal and external talent branding (referral drives, tech talks, webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, blog posts, hiring events, etc)
  • Experienced in Diversity hiring and other programs that help to attract top talent
  • Demonstrated building growing business teams in EMEA, and specifically Ireland
  • Direct partnership with internal business leadership and partners (HR, Finance, Ops, compensation, benefits teams) driving strategy and hiring execution plans
  • Direct experience working across global locations and time zones
  • Ability to share retroactive and forward-looking analytics with internal stakeholders on the talent market and internal success metrics in Recruiting (hires, run rates, acceptance rates, talent availability, and more)
  • Intellectually Curious, you never stop looking for ways to make the business, yourself, or your team better at what we do, hire great talent

This is a 6 month initial contract.
