An innovative and growing consultancy is seeking a motivated Business Development & Data Management Associate to support client projects and internal growth initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience across business development, data organisation, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development Support: Assist in identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and expanding the company's client base.
- Data Management: Help organise, clean, and manage client data to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
- Compliance Engagement: Support the implementation of GDPR and other relevant data protection frameworks.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct market research and monitor regulatory trends to contribute to internal and client-facing reports.
- Process Documentation: Help develop workflows, templates, and tools to support clients in embedding data privacy and best practices.
- A recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in business, finance, or data management.
- Strong attention to detail, with analytical and organisational skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn about data privacy, compliance, and innovation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
