Bar Supervisor

The iNUA Collection is a group of award-winning hotels known for theircommitment to delivering unforgettable guest experiences. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at The Radisson Blu Sligo.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Manage a team of bartenders, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement beverage menus, ensuring they align with the hotel's concept and guest preferences.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bar area.
• Control stock levels and ensure efficient ordering and cost control of beverages.

You will be successful if you have:

• A minimum of 2years of experience in a supervisory role within a bar or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the iNUA Collection brand standards.
• Proficiency in bar operations, including cocktail making, beverage service, and cash handling.
