Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to join a leading fresh food manufacturing business in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Role:

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the site's Quality and Food Safety systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, customer requirements, and internal standards. You will lead and develop the quality team, driving a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain, and continually improve site Quality Management Systems in line with BRC, HACCP, and customer standards.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring the site is always "audit-ready."
  • Oversee product quality from intake through to dispatch, ensuring compliance with agreed specifications.
  • Investigate and manage customer complaints, implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to production teams to embed best practice in food safety and quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Quality Management role within food manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, and food legislation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering results.
  • A food science or related qualification is desirable.
