We are currently seeking an experienced (Senior) Tax Manager to join a leading infrastructure firm in Dublin, on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will provide essential tax support during a critical growth phase, covering Irish and European tax operations. This position is ideal for day-rate contractors or qualified professionals open to a short-term fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate income tax compliance across Ireland and multiple European jurisdictions
  • Ensure timely completion and filing of all relevant tax returns
  • Provide support on global mobility tax matters
  • Assist with tax audits, internal reviews, and external queries
  • Contribute to the preparation of transfer pricing documentation (local and master files)
  • Stay informed of legislative tax updates in relevant jurisdictions
  • Conduct ad-hoc tax research and provide guidance on emerging issues

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified tax professional (AITI/CTA or equivalent); accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) an advantage
  • Prior experience with a Big 4 / Top 10 firm or multinational tax function (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of European tax compliance and reporting
  • Comfortable working independently and able to prioritise multiple deliverables under tight timelines

Terms:

  • Start Date: Immediate / August start preferred
  • Contract Duration: 3–6 months
  • Engagement Type: Day-rate or fixed-term contract
  • Location: Dublin (hybrid working may be possible)
