Overview

Are you interested to work in the emerging world of medical tourism? This company with offices in Harcourt Street, Dublin 2 offers consumers in Ireland the chance to travel to Turkey and get cosmetic dental work completed at a fraction of the price here in Ireland. You will be working with an outsourced marketing agency who advertises and generates leads; you will work on converting inbound leads into customers and help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be representing a variety of clinics in Turkey; therefore you will work to understand customer needs and budgets and present the best solutions. The company will quickly then move to full Tourism packages to offer customers, so you will have a hand in shaping these solutions also.

We are looking for the right candidate for a fun dynamic role as a Sales Agent who can build strong relationships with our customers, while adhering to our company values.

Responsibilities
  • Help customers choose between the company's services, facilitating customer needs and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Drive sales of our services to meet monthly targets
  • Provide superior customer service while identifying and prioritizing customer needs
  • Handling customer queries, face-to-face and by phone, with professionalism and confidence
Qualifications
  • You will be a self-motivated, target driven individual
  • An excellent communicator both verbal and written with an enthusiastic personality
  • A background of providing superior customer service
  • A keen interest in healthcare and strong product knowledge is advantageous
  • Ability to manage stressful and unusual situations while maintaining good customer relations
  • Team player with excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English speaker. Second languages a bonus
