Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and hospitality? We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at The Address Connolly.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our hotel's sales performance across various segments. Here's what we're looking for:
In-depth Knowledge
You should be well-versed in our hotel's products and services, as well as those of our competitors. Understanding pricing structures, market rates, and seasonal trends is essential.
Sales Strategy
You will help develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets across corporate rooms, conference facilities, meetings & events, and food & beverage services. Creating and implementing effective sales plans will be part of your responsibilities.
Business Development
Actively seek new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach. This includes cold calls, site visits, and attending industry events to grow our client base.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service. You will manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Account Management
Support the strategic management of key accounts and collaborate with the sales team to deliver on goals and client expectations.
Brand Standards & Quality Assurance
Ensure all sales and marketing activities align with brand standards. Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism in every client interaction.
Participate in regular sales meetings and coordinate with other departments to support overall hotel performance. Teamwork, flexibility, and strong communication are key.
