Your mission

As Legal Review Specialist at Johnson Hana, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all deliverables across eDiscovery projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed quality checks on processed data, redactions, production sets, and project documentation. Your mission

As Legal Review Specialist at Johnson Hana, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all deliverables across eDiscovery projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed quality checks on processed data, redactions, production sets, and project documentation. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards Johnson Hana is known for, while minimizing risk and supporting exceptional client outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, legal consultants, and technical teams to ensure that all data and deliverables meet client requirements and industry best practices. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly impact client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough quality control reviews of eDiscovery work products including processed data, redactions, metadata, and document productions.
• Validate data consistency and completeness across various stages of the eDiscovery process.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in review sets and productions, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Ensure all productions meet technical and legal requirements as specified by clients and applicable regulations.
• Document and track issues identified during QC processes, contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Legal Consultants, and eDiscovery Analysts to ensure smooth handoffs and workflow transparency.
• Assist in creating QC checklists and SOPs to standardize quality assurance processes.
• Ensure documentation, redaction logs, and audit trails are accurate and up-to-date.
• Support compliance and risk mitigation by adhering to data privacy and confidentiality policies.
• Contribute to training efforts for consultants and internal team members on QC best practices.
  
  

Your profile

• 2+ years of experience in an eDiscovery, legal review, or QC role within legal services or professional services.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing quality control for document review, redactions, and productions.
• Familiarity with industry-standard eDiscovery tools such as Relativity or Reveal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for issue reporting and cross-team coordination.
• Understanding of eDiscovery workflows, production specifications, and data privacy requirement.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, process-oriented, and committed to delivering consistently high-quality results.
