Delivery Driver (Wicklow) - 6 month Contract

Italian Food Distribution company is looking for Delivery Driver(s) in the Dublin area. This is an ideal opportunity for highly motivated individuals willing to pursue a career in a small fast-growing environment.

The role involves:

  • Delivery
  • Load and unload van
  • Deliver goods efficiently and correctly
  • Ensure customers satisfaction
  • Handle necessary paperwork (invoices, forms, cheque collection, signatures)
  • Communicate professionally with customers
  • Immediately report any issue to company
  • Inspect vehicle and immediately report any mechanical or technical faults
  • Keep record of mileage and fuel purchases
  • Drive the vehicle in a safe and conscientious manner
  • Assume responsibility for care and maintenance of van (wash van and clean interior, take van to garage for maintenance and repair)
  • Comply with HACCP requirements at all times.
  • Carry out any other duty required by your supervisor.

The Ideal Candidate requirements:

  • At least 1 years' experience in Dublin City and suburbs.
  • Nationwide driving experience an advantage.
  • Clean B Driving Licence and age 25+ are a must (for insurance purposes).
  • Good English is required.

Package: €30K+
6 month fixed term contract
