EMEA Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics Manager (m/f/d)

Role Overview

Within the Global Supply chain team, the EMEA Reporting & Analytics Manager will support the EMEA Supply Chain team with advanced reporting, performance analytics, and data storytelling. This role is central to enhancing visibility, agility, and efficiency across the region's end-to-end supply chain operations.

Operating at the intersection of data and operations, you will partner with regional supply chain leaders and cross-functional teams to turn complex data into actionable insights, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations within our Nextgen supply chain operating model.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Reporting & KPI Management

  • Own and evolve regional supply chain dashboards and scorecards (OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory, cost-to-serve, etc.).
  • In alignment with other regions and global resources, propose continuous reporting improvements that match business ambitions and address the "voice of customer" needs of key stakeholders.
  • PMO support to the GSC EMEA Leadership ecosystem T2 - T3 - T4/ input to T5.
  • Automate and streamline recurring reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy in metric definitions across business units and countries.
  • Benchmark externally to stay up to date in terms of trends/new technologies in reporting and visual management boards platforms and technologies.

Business Performance Analytics

  • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities across the supply chain.
  • Support different supply chain processes (S&OP, inventory management, product change management, etc.) with performance reporting dashboards/platforms to pilot performance in real time.
  • Translate trends and insights into recommendations that influence strategic planning and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with data & analytics solutions manager and global supply chain intelligence teams to ensure clean, consistent, and timely data across SAP, ERP, and planning systems.
  • Serve as the supply chain analytics point of contact for EMEA regional leadership.
  • Ensure alignment with global data governance and master data standards.

Regional & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with EMEA stakeholders across markets, SMEs/metrics owners, and global supply chain to harmonize data needs and reporting tools.
  • Support regional performance reviews and executive updates with impactful visuals and narratives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in analytics or reporting roles, ideally within a regional or global supply chain setting.
  • Strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL; familiarity with SAP or Anaplan is a plus. Experience working in Cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, SAP HANA).
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets in a multi-country context.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain KPIs, processes, and interdependencies is a plus.
  • Analytical thinker with a business-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating a matrixed, multicultural EMEA environment.
  • Successful candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English, interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment with limited direction to complete work assignments accurately and on time, including prioritizing multiple requests for competing projects along with day-to-day customer support.
  • Must be able to make complex issues clear and concise; able to present issues clearly to all levels of management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead for simplicity, pro-active and can manage with high degree of independence and comfortable to operate in matrix.
