Access Talent Group are currently working with one of Ireland's biggest multi-national Civil & Structural consultancies who are looking to bring on a Clerk of Works to a number of sites across Ireland, including Kildare, Kilkenny, Mullingar, and County Mayo.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the country's leading consultancy, where you will have a robust pipeline of on-site projects – no two days will be the same This initial set of projects comes with a project timeline of 2 years, with the funding in place to secure the next framework for a decade, ensuring job security

This position is a permanent role. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running and get started straight away on a variety of buildings, roads, and highways-based projects. This role is available for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will be a great people-person, a multi-tasker, and possess the relevant technical experience.

To be considered for this role:

  1. You must be a Resident Engineer/Clerk of Works/Building Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Irish projects.
  2. Preferable (but not essential) to have project experience in drainage and water-retaining structures.
  3. Graduated with the relevant Civil/Structural Engineering degree.
  4. Experience in the relevant software.

In addition to a competitive salary, the successful applicant will receive a company pension contribution of up to 6%, 24 days of annual leave, and a company bonus based on personal performance
