Overview

€68k+ bonus (scaled at 2PQE but increasing depending on experience)

This is a growing general practice firm, having already made two key hires this year to manage an increasing workload. The team currently consists of two partners, two solicitors, and dedicated support staff. The partners are entrepreneurial and empower their solicitors, encouraging them to develop new services and build their own business, offering significant autonomy to grow as they see fit.

Responsibilities

You will take the lead on commercial matters covering commercial conveyancing, commercial leases and general commercial work.

Qualifications
  • 2+ PQE
  • Knowledge of share and asset purchases and sales, Business Transfer Agreements, and commercial leases
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with clients and take lead on matters
  • Willingness to help grow the firm
