Team Leader - Ireland - Specialist in Compliance Recruitment

Head of Risk - PCF 14 & 39-B

Investment Management

Dublin - Hybrid - 3 days on site

120-140k

Opportunity to join a leading, global business as part of their team here in Dublin. You'll play a key role in the local business leading the operational risk team. You will report direct to the board. You will support the growth of the business and they will support your own growth and development.

Your Role:

  • Creating and maintaining a positive risk culture throughout the business
  • Maintain & enhance the risk management framework
  • Creating and presenting reports to the board and risk committees
  • Manage the relationship with the CBI

About You:

  • 7+ years of operational/enterprise risk experience
  • Experience of working in investment/asset/fund management
  • Understanding of key regulatory requirement - UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID, etc
  • Ability to work with the business to encourage growth while maintaining a robust risk framework
