Overview

We're currently recruiting a part-time Cleaner to join our Head office team at Compass Group Ireland, contracted to 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:00pm – 8:00pm (we are flexible on the start/end time).

As one of our dedicated Cleaners, you'll play a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming space for colleagues, clients, and visitors. If you take pride in your work and enjoy being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes—this is the role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
  • Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
  • Performing additional cleaning duties as required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
  • Emptying and disposing of bin waste
  • Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies
  • Vacuuming the entire open-plan office, meeting rooms, and 7 smaller offices daily
  • Polishing/sanitising all countertops, touchpoints, desks, etc.
  • Cleaning and clearing the reception area
  • Dusting throughout the premises
  • Removing paper and boxes from the recycling unit to the main external bins
  • Changing bin bags in desk and main bins
  • Cleaning the microwave, sandwich maker, coffee machine
  • Weekly cleaning of fridges (Fridays)
  • Loading/unloading the dishwasher and putting contents away
  • Mopping the kitchen floor and maintaining the kitchen areas
Ideal Candidate
  • Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a hands-on role
  • Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
  • Have a flexible approach to working
Qualifications and Requirements

(No formal qualifications required beyond reliability and ability to perform the duties listed above. Prior cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.)
