Horticulturist

Our Client, a leading Hardware & Merchant in the South East are actively recruiting a Horticulturist in a retail setting.

The Horticulturist will be responsible for providing expert horticultural advice and support to customers in a retail environment, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.

• 1+ years of experience in a horticultural role
• 1+ years of experience in a retail setting
• Plan, prepare and advise planting schedules and maintenance with customers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in a retail setting.
• Customer-focused approach with a proven ability to close sales and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain records and inventory control of a large volume of plants, trees & other seasonal products throughout the year.
