Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and positive applicants for the role of Shiseido Beauty Advisor. The ideal candidate will meet sales goals, provide personalized customer service, and build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and offer prompt, courteous service
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on customer inquiries and inform them of promotions and events
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and client goals
- Record weekly and monthly sales data
- Conduct make-up applications, skin care analysis, and product demonstrations
- Maintain positive relationships with store team and colleagues
- Communicate merchandise and stock needs to management
- Ensure merchandise, testers, and demonstration stations meet company standards
- Handle customer concerns proactively and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
