CPL Healthcare is currently seeking Healthcare Assistants to join a reputable service based in Sligo. The role involves supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential service. We require Residential Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality care to the service users, promote independence and person-centered planning, contribute to the day-to-day running of the service, and support service users in achieving their short-term and long-term goals.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Major QQI Level 5 Qualification in Healthcare or a relevant field
  • Full driving license and access to own transport
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals on their journey to living their best lives.

Successful candidates will have opportunities for professional growth and be part of an energetic and dedicated team that provides an emotionally and psychologically safe environment. Here, service users can celebrate their independent living skills and engage in activities.
