Castlemungret Industrial Est., Mungret, Limerick, V94 AY23, part of HPC Sales Ltd., Ireland's leading Builders Providers and Home Improvement/DIY Store, is looking for a full-time, permanent Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Purpose:

Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Have considerable experience of sales and a wide knowledge of building and home improvement products.
  2. Deal directly with customers, prepare quotations, liaise with customers on order delivery and payments.
  3. Answer any questions about the products.
  4. Deal with suppliers, place orders, and ensure that orders are received and processed appropriately within the Goods Inwards system.
  5. Identify prospective customers.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues and the Branch Manager.
  7. Achieve sales targets.
  8. Be committed to providing top quality customer service.
Skills and Requirements:
  1. Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  2. Customer-facing sales experience within the Builder Provider/Merchant sector.
  3. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a busy, target-driven sales environment.
  5. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  6. Be a team player.
  7. Ability to work on own initiative.
  8. Relevant building materials knowledge is an advantage.
