A leading investment management firm based in Dublin is looking to hire a Part Qualified Accountant to join its growing Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone part-qualified with fund accounting experience who's looking to broaden into a more varied financial accounting role — beyond pure funds.

The position offers exposure to group financial reporting, budgeting, fund oversight, and investor support, with strong mentorship and room to grow.

About the Role

The role combines responsibilities in both financial and fund accounting, including:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
  • Oversight of accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Supporting tax compliance (VAT, corporation tax)
  • Working with external providers on fund reporting, NAVs, audits, and investor distributions
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Involvement in system/process improvements and cross-team collaboration
  • 2+ years experience working in Funds
  • Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Eager to grow within the private debt and alternative investments space
