Responsibilities (illustrative examples by role)
  • Asset Finance Lawyer: manage transactions end-to-end, advise on Irish law, prepare and negotiate Irish security documentation, engage in business development activities.
  • Senior Associate / Commercial & Corporate roles: lead high-quality commercial and corporate matters, draft and review agreements (leases, shareholder agreements, service contracts, T&Cs), advise on governance, structuring, capital raising, risk, and client relationships; mentor junior lawyers could be involved depending on role.
  • Knowledge Lawyer: support corporate practice with knowledge management, develop precedents and practice tools, design and deliver training, stay up-to-date with corporate law trends.
  • Data Privacy Manager: lead GDPR, privacy compliance and risk management; shape strategy and act as the firm's data protection expert.
  • Legal Counsel / Administrative roles: provide legal or administrative support, draft/ negotiate agreements as needed, support business operations and governance tasks.
  • Property Lawyer: manage a diverse commercial real estate portfolio, focus on client relationships and transaction delivery.
Qualifications (typical requirements mentioned)
  • 3–5 years PQE in relevant practice area (asset finance, banking, corporate/ commercial, property, etc.) or equivalent experience depending on role.
  • Strong academic background and drafting skills; ability to work collaboratively and with attention to detail.
  • Experience in top-tier firms or international practice is mentioned for several roles; ability to lead matters, mentor others, and manage client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; flexibility for different locations or working arrangements (e.g., 4 days, hybrid/on-site as noted for some roles).
