Overview

HSE Advisor - Ireland, Dublin - 12 Month Contract. This opportunity is with a global data centre operator recognised as one of the fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry. Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is entering its next phase of growth and requires the expertise of an HSE Advisor. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their client's requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the on-site EH&S subject matter expert, advising project stakeholders and contractors.
  • Lead safety planning, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Monitor and report on EH&S performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Support onboarding, training, and safety awareness initiatives.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure environmental compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through proactive risk management and safety campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in large-scale construction, ideally data centres or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of EH&S legislation and best practices.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
