CCS Cleaner 1 role at DCC Vital

Location: Aerodrome Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin

Department: Community Care Services

Reports to: CCS Supervisor

Contract: Permanent Full time

Responsibilities
  • The cleaner will be responsible for unloading, decontamination and cleaning of equipment. You will also test and, as needed, arrange for repairs.
  • Ensure returned equipment is cleaned and tested in accordance with procedures and identified for repair or maintenance as appropriate.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and ensure tasks comply with procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and high-quality techniques within the facility at all times.
  • Carry out activities in compliance with company, EHS, regulatory, quality and customer site requirements.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams, as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with operating procedures.
  • Participate in Emergency Response / Fire / First Aid teams as necessary.
Qualifications And Experience
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a service environment
  • Experience in a busy warehouse environment (goods in, pick, pack and dispatch operations)
  • IT literate
  • A full, clean driving license

  • Ability to work well under pressure while adhering to tight deadlines
Other Information
  • During periods of high volumes you may be required to provide support to other areas of the business.
  • You will be expected to attend internal and external training courses.
  • Shift work and out-of-hours work may be required.
