Responsibilities
  • Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining guest bedrooms and public areas of the hotel to an approved standard.
  • Clean and sanitize allocated guest bedrooms to the correct standard, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, removing rubbish, replenishing towels and toiletries, and vacuuming.
  • Clean corridors, glass, doors and other furniture in corridors and stairways.
  • Remove and dispose of rubbish to the appropriate areas.
  • Use cleaning materials and detergents properly and safely.
  • Ensure proper care of equipment and report any maintenance issues or lost property to a supervisor.
  • Greet and acknowledge guests professionally and respond to guest queries in a friendly manner.
Qualifications
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Be a team player with the ability to multi-task.
  • Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Flexible working hours are available for full-time and part-time positions.
