The Client—

The Private Clients Tax division holds a prominent position as the leading and rapidly progressing private client group within Ireland. Consisting of a diverse assembly of specialists, this versatile team provides guidance to private enterprises, their proprietors, and individuals with significant wealth. The range of advisory services covers a wide spectrum of business and taxation subjects, including asset ownership structures, individual taxation nuances, intricate shareholder matters, in addition to issues related to succession and estate planning. This is complemented by comprehensive consultation on tax considerations for both acquisition and divestiture transactions.

The Role—

  • An adept manager with a specialization in personal tax compliance, functioning within the Private Client division and possessing an extensive wealth of expertise.
  • Exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of technical intricacies within personal tax compliance, coupled with a rigorous dedication to precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide oversight for the gathering of client information and the management of trainee assignments, ensuring the achievement of monthly tax return targets.
  • Assigned with the responsibility of scrutinizing trainee assignments and facilitating the issuance of personal tax returns, with a primary focus on serving a diverse portfolio of domestic clients.
  • Skilled in offering valuable guidance to junior team members involved in compiling income tax returns, assessing capital gains tax implications, and conducting research to bolster these endeavors.
  • Distinguish complex tax compliance issues and identify potential opportunities for further client involvement.

About you —

  • Certified tax expert with pertinent years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Demonstrating a solid grounding in technical expertise related to personal tax compliance, alongside a track record of successfully overseeing and meeting compliance deadlines.
  • Possessing previous engagement within a private client team would provide a valuable advantage.
  • Adept at articulating complex technical concepts through clear and easily understandable explanations.
  • Outstanding abilities in client management and communication.
