Social Care Worker – Mainstream Residential, Cashel, Co. Tipperary

Salary: €37,440 – €41,184

Contract: Full-time Permanent Position

They take this responsibility seriously and put the child at the heart of everything they do. Every child is different and so is the support and guidance they receive to help them navigate their journey to independence and adulthood.

Responsibilities

As a Social Care Worker, you will play an essential role in helping these young individuals grow, become independent and overcome challenges as they progress. Daily tasks include implementing behavioural support plans, liaising with colleagues and referral agents, and contributing to the service's development.

Requirements
  • Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Equivalent
  • Full licence and Car
  • Knowledge of the key elements of effective team working
  • Flexible to work 15 & 24hr shifts
