About The Role

Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, you will ensure seamless delivery of Match Day Hospitality and Non-Matchday Meetings and Events. You will maintain high standards of service, creating exceptional guest experiences.

You will work with a team of 12 direct reports and up to 100 casual staff, supporting approximately 35 matches and 2 conferences weekly, including drinks receptions, gala dinners, and banqueting for up to 600 guests.

  • Conference & Banqueting expertise—solid knowledge of C&E and banqueting operations
  • Strong communicator and organiser—interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Flexible and committed—able to work a flexible 5 over 7-day roster, including occasional unsociable hours
  • Represent the brand—act as an ambassador, embracing client feedback and striving for excellence
