Social Care Worker

Attuned Programmes Ireland is an organization responding to meet the needs of individuals through community, residential, and aftercare supports and services.

Attuned Programmes Ireland is looking for highly motivated Social Care Workers to join our teams. We are currently recruiting for Full-time, Part-time, and Ad-hoc positions for our Adult Disability service in Wexford. Our aim is to support and meet individuals where they are, and to identify and navigate towards positive outcomes in a safe and respectful manner that considers their individual needs.

General Job Description

The successful candidates will be dedicated and highly motivated, possessing high levels of competency demonstrated through their qualifications and experience. They should meet regulatory requirements, adhere to best practice standards, and understand the varied needs of each individual. The role involves supporting individuals in developing self-care and independent living skills, and helping them to develop and reach their goals.

Requirements
  • Candidates must have a minimum QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Health Care, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HIQA Standards in Residential Centres.
  • Proficient communication, IT, report writing, and planning skills.
  • This position is subject to Garda clearance.
  • A full driving license is desirable.
  • Candidates must have a deep commitment to respecting individual rights and ensuring protection.
