  • This is an on-site position based across locations in County Cork: Ballylickey, Leap, and Millstreet. We're ideally looking for individuals who are already based in or near these areas.

A welcoming and community-oriented retail business with stores in County Cork -Ballylickey, Leap, and Millstreet, is looking for Deli & Shop Assistants to join their team. Whether you're experienced or just eager to learn, these roles offer a supportive environment in some of West Cork's most scenic spots.

Job Overview:

This full-time role involves both deli and shop responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll serve customers, prepare fresh food, and help keep the shop running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food in the deli section
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Operate tills and handle customer transactions
  • Assist with stock rotation and replenishment
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Work as part of a flexible, reliable team

Qualifications:

  • Prior retail or deli experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Flexibility with shifts
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and open to learning
