Senior Engineer – Facilities & Soft Services
Location: Dublin

On behalf of our client, a global leader in biopharmaceutical innovation, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Engineer – Facilities & Soft Services to join their high-performing Engineering team at a major manufacturing site in Dublin.

This role is responsible for managing both Facilities and Soft Services operations, ensuring the site remains compliant with all regulatory and corporate standards. The position offers a 50/50 split across facilities management and soft services, supporting site operations through effective service delivery and third-party management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage GxP and non-GxP service provider contracts

  • Ensure the site is maintained in a GMP-compliant and audit-ready state

  • Support investigations related to service performance, safety, and quality

  • Provide technical facilities support to ongoing projects

  • Manage budgets and continuously optimise service performance

  • Oversee a wide range of services including maintenance, HVAC, cleaning, pest control, catering, lab support, and security systems

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Science discipline (Level 8)

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a GMP-regulated environment

  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality systems, and project management

  • Demonstrated experience managing service providers and engaging senior stakeholders

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
