Overview

The role is part of Citco's Fund Administration and Loan Services teams, delivering services for complex fund structures and NAV administration. This position involves analyzing and maintaining a range of bank loan security types and lifecycle events in support of NAV administration, and performing loan agency administrative functions and documentation preparation for hedge funds, private equity clients, and other trading strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Receive new trade details from client and manage process to ensure settlement within satisfactory market timescales
  • Conduct reviews of LMA/LSTA trade documents including trade confirmations, transfer certificates and pricing letters for accuracy
  • Liaise with trade counterparties and agent banks as required in order for timely settlement of trades
  • Maintain up to date trade status records in order to provide reporting to management and client on regular basis
  • Ensure trades are accurately settled on back office loan system and documents stored for audit requirements
  • Act as point of contact for client queries/requests and drive resolution of issues relating to client accounts
  • Understand the role of Loan Services in generating reporting in support of NAV process and actively liaise with various internal departments to meet monthly/quarterly NAV deliverables
Qualifications
  • Analytical, organized with ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Hands-on and comfortable learning new applications and sourcing information from numerous systems
  • Experienced in maintaining a control environment and adhering to standard operation procedures
  • Flexible and comfortable adapting to fluid operational requirements and deliverables
  • Capable of communicating in a strong and professional manner with diverse internal and external stakeholders, as well as escalating issues to management in a timely manner
  • You have a minimum of 1-3 years' experience within a Financial Institution with experience in a Fund Administrator with Loan Servicer experience, a particular advantage
  • Experience of a range of debt product types including, but not limited to, syndicated (par & distressed), bilateral, direct lending originations, commercial real estate loans, would be beneficial
  • Strong Microsoft excel capabilities, with previous experience of ClearPar loan settlement platform, a benefit, but not essential
