Our client is a well-established mortgage brokerage based in North Dublin with a strong reputation for client service, lender relationships, and results. Operating in a fast-paced, supportive environment, they offer hybrid working, full administrative support, and a generous commission structure.

The Role – Mortgage Advisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full mortgage process from initial enquiry through to drawdown. Working across a panel of lenders, you'll provide tailored advice to a steady flow of clients and have the opportunity to cross-sell protection products where appropriate. This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days in-office each week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide mortgage advice across a panel of lenders, based on clients' individual needs
  • Manage the end-to-end mortgage journey, ensuring a seamless experience from application to drawdown
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures (including CBI and AML guidelines)
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, and support staff throughout the mortgage process
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling protection products
  • Stay up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and regulatory changes

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a mortgage advisory role (broker or banking background)
  • APA (Loans) required; QFA preferred
  • Proven track record of managing a busy mortgage pipeline
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid working environment
  • Experience with broker CRM systems is a plus
