You will also assist with additional duties across the store and in the stockroom.

What you'll be doing
  1. Provide excellent customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunity.
  2. Identify customer needs and answer product-related questions, including queries on product prices, features, and benefits.
  3. Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators.
  4. Capture customer data to expand The White Company's database and encourage customer loyalty.
