Job Description

This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

The Corporate Actions Analyst is responsible for the daily reconciliation associated with mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, as well as the research of class action cases and stakeholder inquiries. The successful candidate will assist with coordinating the flow of required information between various business partners, both internal and external, including the Treasurer's offices, Legal Counsel, Fund Accounting, and Custodian banks.

The Expertise We're Looking For
  • 1+ years of relevant Financial Services experience.
  • 1+ years of Corporate Actions processing experience preferable.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
The Purpose of Your Role

The Global Corporate Actions team is responsible for all aspects of Corporate Actions processing, including Income, Mandatory, and Voluntary events. The Corporate Actions Senior Analyst handles daily tasks related to processing Corporate Actions into the Fund Accounting system, adhering to departmental policies on reporting and data management. The role involves interaction with various groups within Fidelity and representing the business to customers and partners.
