About Us:

We are working exclusively with a well-recognised Irish brand promotional agency, known for their dynamic and innovative approach. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in shaping their HR framework.

Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a small but dynamic HR team. Reporting to the HRD and working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be involved in a broad range of HR initiatives and projects, including HR systems development, compensation and benefits management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of HRIS systems, processes, policies, service delivery standards, and benchmarking.
  • Manage and implement the compensation and benefits function worldwide, including National Wage Agreements, Sectoral Bargaining, salary scales, and review processes.
  • Act as an HR business partner, providing expert HR guidance and operational support to managers.
  • Build strong relationships with managers, staff, and unions, contributing to Senior Management team meetings, Staff Consultative Committees, and union meetings.
  • Champion change and lead HR change initiatives to build organisational resilience and improve performance.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience as an HR Manager in a dynamic business environment.
  • Experience working in international markets from an Irish base.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, compensation and benefits, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to lead HR change initiatives and build organisational capability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with unions and consultative committees.
  • Strong business partner approach with proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
