Overview

In-house Lawyer Opportunities – Large Retailer, Dublin 2. This is an onsite role based at the client's Head Office in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely delivery of legal services and will work closely with the business to improve commercial terms and manage risk. The role is suitable for a top-tier commercial, corporate, M&A or Data/Tech lawyer from a top-tier firm, with a potential opening for a senior employment lawyer to join the team.

The in-house team advises on corporate and strategic transactions, contracts of varying complexities and values, working with buyers in different regions, logistical legal matters, and corporate structures. The team is composed of strong top-tier trained legal generalists who can handle any legal matter within the team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely legal services to the business and support across a broad range of matters
  • Work with the business to improve commercial terms and manage risk
  • Assist with corporate transactions, contracts of varying complexities and values
  • Collaborate with buyers and teams in different regions on logistical legal matters and corporate structures
  • Operate as part of a team of top-tier trained legal generalists capable of handling diverse matters
Qualifications
  • Top-tier trained lawyer with experience in commercial, corporate, M&A or Data/Tech sectors; in-house or top-tier firm background
  • Potential opening for a senior employment lawyer to join the team
  • Onsite role based in Dublin
