The Role

We're seeking a hands-on, experienced .NET developer with strong architectural skills, a track record of working with high-throughput systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving development environment. You'll play a key role in evolving our platform to meet enterprise-level standards in scalability, stability, testing, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance .NET-based services and components.
  • Lead improvements across the software lifecycle, including testing, environment separation, logging, and monitoring.
  • Improve system reliability with proper failover, redundancy, and recovery strategies.
  • Design and support data infrastructure, including pipelines to data lakes and data warehouses.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define architectural standards and technical direction.
  • Mentor other developers and promote strong engineering principles across the team.
  • Architect and manage Azure-hosted infrastructure and services to ensure performance and scalability.
  • Champion a DevOps and reliability-focused culture—emphasizing observability, automation, and resilience.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 8+ years of professional .NET development experience, ideally including .NET Core and Web API.
  • Strong background working with high-transactional systems and large-scale databases.
  • Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Storage, and related tools.
  • Hands-on experience with data lake and data warehouse design and implementation (e.g. Azure Data Lake, Synapse, or similar technologies).
  • Experience designing and maintaining fault-tolerant, distributed systems.
  • Solid knowledge of environment separation (dev/test/staging/production) and deployment workflows.
  • Strong grasp of automated testing, version control, and release processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives.
